When will my items be delivered?
After placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to you which will state when your purchases will be delivered to you. In most cases, your order will be with you in 48 hours.

Will I be charged for delivery?
All orders that are over £25 (nett of VAT) will qualify for Free 48 hour delivery. Orders below £25 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge.

Can I return an item if I am unhappy with it?
In the unlikely event that your product is incorrect or you are unhappy with it, gives us a call no later than 2 days after receipt of the item and we will be happy to assist you.

Can the general public purchase from your site?
Although we mainly deal with the educational sector, the general public are welcome to buy from our website. Simply register your details with us and begin your shopping!

Do I need a PAYPAL account to purchase from your website?
No, you do not need a PAYPAL account, we use PAYPAL to process our payments, but you can pay on Debit or Credit Card. As you get to check out you will be given the option to select how you pay.
